Fashion Junkee Customer Review

I'm very disappointed in the Customer Service of Fashionjunkee.com. I, in the name of my company ordered two dressed from Europe in 2019. The delivery was good, but then I asked them to send me an invoice, as being a nonprofit, public benefit company we need to get an invoice from every purchase. Fashionjunkee.com sent us a so called invoice via email, but there were no detailed information from their company on it. I asked Fashionjunkee.com to at least send us their tax number, as we need to have that, because in the lack of tax number our accountancy cannot take in this invoice.  They answered me, that they have no tax number. But as I know every company which sells items to outside of the USA, dispose a tax number. I wrote to Fashionjunkee.com again, but I didn't receive any answer from them. In Hungary the tax number of a company is a public data, everyone can access to it. So I'm very frustrated and disappointed that Fashionjunkee.com didn't helped me in this quite small issue. Is there anyone in international shopping who has the same experience with this company?
